When prompted, please select ‘Allow’ for the Mella App to use to the Bluetooth of your phone. Your Bluetooth must be enabled for your Biggie scale to connect.

Click on the hamburger icon on the top left corner of the toolbar and select "Workplaces and PiMS".

Select your workplace and click "Connect PMS" under the "Workplace Integration" section.

Select your practice management system and enter your login information. This information is provided from your practice management system.

Once connected your patient information will be integrated with Mella.
How do I clean the scale?
Most sterilizing wipes or spray cleaners are effective in cleaning the scale.
